ISO 9001
The quality of our services and the high satisfaction of our customers are very important to us. We have enshrined this in our strategic guideline "Quality, information security and risk policy". All netcup processes have been certified to ISO 9001 as part of our quality management system since 2023. An audit by TÜV Nord takes place annually.

ISO 27001
We have set ourselves the goal of providing our customers with our services at the highest possible level of information security and data protection. This is set out in our strategic guideline "Quality, information security and risk policy". In doing so, netcup aims to contribute to the complete satisfaction and high security of our customers with a sustainable, process-based and risk-oriented approach as part of the Integrated Management System, which covers all of netcup's processes. We have been successfully certified according to ISO 27001 since 2023. The effectiveness and continuous improvement of our information security management system in accordance with ISO 27001 is validated annually by TÜV Nord.

netcup has successfully implemented the international standard for data protection management in accordance with ISO 27701. The ISO 27701 certification by Certification & Information Security (CIS) confirms that netcup fulfills data protection requirements and has established measures to protect customers' personal data. By implementing ISO 27701, netcup demonstrates its commitment to the protection of privacy and the responsible handling of sensitive data. netcup customers can rest assured that their personal information is stored securely and in accordance with internationally recognized data protection standards.

The ISO 14001 certification ensures that netcup records, evaluates and complies with all environmental requirements.
