Our Call Centre is open to existing and prospective customers Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM (German time). We would also ask you to be patient if you call and find that all our lines are busy. We have a large customer base and phone calls about technical issues tend to take a little longer. This of course means that we also take the time necessary to handle your query.

Alternatively, our email support team can also answer your queries from 8 AM to 10 PM (German time).

You can also request a call back from our email support which saves you the bother of waiting on hold. Customers who have purchased our guaranteed phone support service can request a special number that they can then use to call their personal support agent directly.
