Root Server Installation Images
We offer you a wide selection of pre-configured images for installation onto your root server. Images can be installed via the SCP. The images feature a range of operating systems and administrative consoles.
The following list includes the images that we currently offer for vServers with KVM-based virtualization. The images listed apply to all servers with x86 architecture. For images that can also be used on ARM servers, this is noted in each case.

Installation CDs/DVDs
In addition to images, we also provide installation CD-ROMs in the SCP. These can be booted directly and the installation can be carried out via a graphical interface or, in some cases, via the console. The following list shows the CD-ROMs currently available for the x86 architecture. For ISOs that can also be used on ARM servers, this is noted in each case.

Custom CDs/DVDs and Images
Customers can also use the VCP to load their own CDs/DVDs or images. We provide FTP access for this option.
