GlobeSSL Certificate
GlobeSSL offers low-cost certificates with an automated issuing process that means they are ready to use in few minutes. GlobeSSL certificates are issued by the Globe Hosting certificate authority. All these certificates use domain validation. Only certain email addresses can be used to confirm these certificates. Since the validation used for certificates is very simple, the certificates are not recognised by all browsers.

Certificates from Thawte are only moderately more expensive and are recognised by many more browsers than certificates from Globe. We therefore recommend certificates from Globe only for relatively unimportant websites.
